Show up at a party with the prettiest wine bag ever! The Oxford is a simple wine tote with a boxed bottom, but looks super fancy. Decovil stabilizer gives the Oxford all the structure it needs to stand up on its own. Make on in just a few hours! 

Difficulty: Advanced beginner 

Recommended Materials: 
• Main Fabric: Quilting cotton 
• Lining Fabric: Canvas 
• Stabilizer: Pellon 525 Decovil Light 
• Handles: 1” wide webbing 

Notions Needed: 
• (1) spool of thread 

Tools Needed: 
• Rotary cutter, cutting mat & ruler or fabric scissors 
• Pins and/or clips 
• Fabric marking tool 
• Point turner 

Material Requirements:
• Main Fabric: (1) fat quarter (or 1/2 yard)
• Canvas: 1/2 yard
• Stabilizer: 1/2 yard 
• Handles: 2/3 yard
