About the Tie Top Shoulder Bag Pattern:

• The Tie Top Shoulder Bag is a reversible hobo-sling bag that has a snap closure to its large opening. Choose two coordinating fabrics, as they both will be showcased on the exterior of the bag and swapped for the lining! This bag has simple construction, but sewists must have simple concept of bag-making skills.

To successfully complete this project, kids should know the following terms and skills:
