Description
First published in the 1930s, The Alphabet Quilt was part of the Nancy Page quilt club. Now in the public domain, it remains a popular quilt to make for a special little one. Written by Florence Laganke, with all illustrations by Ann Kerven, our program gives you the patterns in four sizes (9″, 6″, 4.5″ and 3″ blocks), so you can choose the size you like best. Each month, you receive the fabric you need to create two of the alphabet blocks featured. You also receive the minutes of the Nancy Page Club that appeared with each block in the original series. A Finishing Kit to turn it into a gorgeous quilt is available at the end of the program. Completed quilt measures 46″ x 68″, 37″ x 55″; 28″ x 37″, or 17″ x 25″, depending on size.
