Skill Level: Advanced Beginner to Intermediate

Class Dates: Mondays, August 24 + 31 – 6pm-8pm

Dress up your front door with the cutest bow project this Summer. Knot Your Average Bow by our in-house brand, Studio M Squared, is a reversible patchwork (or single-fabric) decorative bow that is perfect for featuring your favorite charm packs or scraps. Available in two sizes (small and large), the large bow can be tied to a wreath and hung on your front door as an inviting decor piece. During this 2-week class, we’ll be making the large patchwork bow.

This class is suitable for advanced beginner to intermediate level students. Students must be able to confidently thread and operate a sewing machine independently and should have basic quilting knowledge and experience.

Required Materials – Large, Patchwork Bow:

• (1) Pattern: Knot Your Average Bow by Studio M Squared
• (3) 2-1/2″ charm packs or (1) 5″ charm pack
• 1/2 yard of backing fabric
• 3/8 yard of fusible fleece (45″ wide)
• 1/4 yard of 2-1/2″ grid interfacing (48″ wide)
• (1) spool of coordinating thread

Required Tools:

• fabric scissors or rotary cutter + acrylic ruler
• seam ripper
• pins and/or wonder clips
• chalk and/or frixion marker
