The clasp purse is a timeless little bag that can do so much! Use it as a coin purse, cosmetic bag, or even a dressy evening bag. A quick and easy make, this bag makes a great last-minute gift. Fat quarter friendly! Finished bag is approximately 6″ wide by 5-1/2″ tall by 1-1/2″ deep.
Difficulty: Advanced Beginner
Recommended Fabrics: Use a medium weight canvas or quilting cotton for bag exterior. Use quilting cotton weight fabric for the lining.
Materials needed for this project:
– 1 FQ or 1/4 yard cotton fabric (for exterior)
– 1 FQ or 1/4 yard cotton fabric (for lining)
– Fusible fleece: 1/4 yard
– Fusible interfacing (we recommend SF101): 1/4 yard
– (1) 6″ x 3″ metal clutch frame
